Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, the primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests and patrons are served food and drinks to high standards and by displaying the highest standards of professionalism at all times;

Profile Overview
The Food and Beverage Server is primarily responsible for taking orders, serve food and beverages to guests as per the outlet standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner and to clean up and reset the table after.

Areas of Responsibility

– Takes orders, delivers food, cleans up and resets the table afterwards;
– Provides excellent customer care, respond effectively to guests’ queries and requests;
– Interacts positively with the rest of the team and liaises directly with the line manager.
– Maintains a confident and mature approach, while practicing tact and diplomacy in all circumstances, especially in difficult situations;
– Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as determined by both the Supervisor/Manager and organisational needs, while providing an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback.

– Ongoing communication with all team members;
– Keeping a positive attitude;
– Supporting team members.
