We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to make the business more organised and to upkeep the Company documentation. The main duties of the Office Administrator will be :

– Communication with Clients and other employees of the company.

– Organizing of the office files and documents.

– Correspondence with emails.

– Prepare, send and file invoices.

– Answering and making telephone calls.
