Due to expansion of business and launching of the second restaurant in Buggiba, the company is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Bartender to join their team on a full-time basis and become a part of the fast-growing modern Asian & Indian restaurant in Malta. Candidates must be highly competent and able to display their skills and dedication to the job.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Bartender (minimum 1 year of experience).
Candidates with work experience in restaurants with large operations, together with related qualifications will be given priority.
Fluency in English is necessary, while knowledge of different languages will be considered an asset.
Previous international exposure will be considered an asset.
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Job description:

·         Preparing alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages;

·         Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations;

·         Check customers’ identification and confirming that it meets legal drinking age;

·         Replenishing the bar inventory and supplies;

·         Complying with all food and beverage regulations;

·         Ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate service to all the customers to achieve high level of guest satisfaction;

·         Ensuring customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service;

·         Helping with food service when required

·         Maintaining a friendly manner with guests.
