The Maintenance Supervisor is primarily responsible for the daily activities of the hotel, including the adherence of the full SOP set, with
the aim of meeting and exceeding organizational goals within the maintenance department

Main Duties:

Complying with the health & safety regulations.
Responding to guests’ requests, liase with the team for efficient execution
Supervise the efficient maintenance standard procedures and the executions by the team
conduct on-going evaluations, spot checks, preventive maintenance and investigate complaints
Motivate the team and provide two way communication.
