Job Description:
A client specializing in providing high-quality furniture is looking for a motivated individual to join their team in Malta as an Office Clerk. The position is for a mid-level candidate who is well-oriented and willing to learn. Training will be provided.
• Office tasks, documents management, and handling client calls.
• Imputing invoices and providing assistance when required in other
departments.
• Providing assistance to the HR team, and payroll.

🔎Skillset & Requirement:
• Must be able to speak and write in English and Italian
• Must be motivated, accurate and able to work under pressure
• Must have a good work attitude and be polite
• Must be able to work on own initiative, and as a team.

📚Education & Experience:
• Interest in the Payroll and Accounting department.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Be familiar with MS Office
• Desire to have experience with the SAGE system.
