Due to expansion of business and operational of our third restaurant in St. Julians, the company is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join their team on a full-time basis and become a part of the fast-growing modern Asian & Indian restaurant in Malta. Candidate must be highly competent and able to display their skills and dedication to the job.

As a Restaurant Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations and company operations, working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food and beverage industry and a proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.

 

Requirements:
–          Proven track record of success working as Restaurant Manager or a similar role (a minimum of 3+ years of experience);

–          Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue;

–          Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to maintain accurate records;

–          Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and product offerings;

–          High level of organization with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;

–          Be able to make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy;

–          Ability to effectively deal with internal and external staff, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy;

–          Candidates with work experience in restaurants together with related qualifications will be given priority;

–          Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of different languages will be considered an asset.
Job Description:

 

–          Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service;

–          Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community;

–          Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability;

–          Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food offerings that meet customer expectations;

–          Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience;

–          Ensure health code compliance and sanitation standards;

–          Manage budgets and financial targets, including controlling costs and maximizing revenue;

–          Train and supervise staff and provide ongoing training for all staff as per specialty restaurant standard operating procedures as defined by the brand guidelines.
