Office Administrator
We are looking for an Office Administrator to work with our Company on a full time basis. The applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field, should have a good command of English language and also computer knowledge. The job responsibilities will be the following :
– Sourcing of Suppliers in clothing industry from different countries.
– Requesting for quotations.
– Comparing the quotations received in respect to the prices, quality, quantity, shipment period and payment terms.
– Negotiating with Suppliers.
– To manage company supplies and place orders.
– Preparing Purchase orders and Invoices.
– Taking care of the Supplier payments through bank transfers.
– Follow up with Suppliers.
– Contact and follow up with the freight forwarders for the shipment of clothes.
– Sending emails and making correspondences with the Suppliers.
– To prepare reports on expenses and budgets.
– To manage the stock and placing orders based on the requirement.
– To prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets.
– Promoting the business through company Facebook/ Instagram pages and by WhatsApp groups.
