Sprayer

We are Looking one candidate in Sprayer Department for our Event Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Paint Mixing and Application: Selecting and mixing paints to achieve desired colors and finishes, and applying them using appropriate spraying equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining spray painting tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Inspecting painted surfaces for uniformity and retouching any imperfections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols to protect oneself and others from potential hazards associated with spray painting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with various spray painting techniques and equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and high-quality finishes.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and handling heavy equipment.
• Communication Skills: Effectively collaborating with other team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Experience: Previous experience in spray painting, particularly within the events or entertainment industry, is advantageous.
