Banking Relationship Manager

Papaya Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority to issue electronic money in accordance with the Financial Institutions Act. Papaya is currently seeking to recruit a Banking Relationship Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities:
– Identifying and establishing relationships with new partner banks.
– Analyzing partner banks, their services, and products.
– Recommending and explaining partner bank services and products to clients.
– Representing the client in communication with partner banks.
– Supporting the process of opening accounts for clients with partner banks.
– Preparing and reviewing client documentation for partner banks.
– Supervising and ensuring compliance with partner bank requirements.
– Managing client bank accounts with partner banks, including account opening and closure.
– Performing other administrative duties as required and providing reports.

Requirements:
– Fluency in English and Russian.
– Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
– Excellent interpersonal and consultative abilities.
– Understanding of networks, databases, and related technologies.
– Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
– At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry.
– Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
